the mind of the public, meditation and relaxation are closely related.
To some, meditation is ‘just relaxation’. The Clairvision approach is
radically different. For sure, meditation achieves many of the health
benefits obtained through relaxation: decreased blood pressure, reduced
stress etc… Silencing the mind naturally brings thoughts, emotions and fears to the surface. Everyday distractions bubble up and we become restless. The nature of our mind blocks us. This dilemma is one that students of meditation have struggled with since the beginning. The Clairvision school
has developed a two-pronged path for today’s fast and increasing chaotic
world. This includes a cultivation of subtle energies and inner silence
through meditation. It also includes deconstruction – undoing unconscious
emotional, mental and spiritual patterns. Without addressing core emotional
charges any relaxation, depth or clarity will be short lived. Inner Space Using
the inner space accessed through the third eye meditation What is the Clairvision
School of Meditation? Let me start by explaining the word ‘Clairvision’.
Clairvision does not refer to psychic clairvoyance, but a state of spontaneous
awakening: clarity and vision. Founded in 1987 in
Sydney, Australia by Dr Samuel Sagan,a french medical doctor, the school
has grown into an international school with centres in the USA and Australia.
Courses have been run in the UK and Europe for the last 10 years. Essentially experiential
we learn to ‘see for yourself, know for yourself’. *****
