Find out how breathing can heal you and take all those
tensions, fear and anger away!
The first breathe you took might still be influencing your life. According
to Rose, all negative emotions like anger, anxiety and sadness are based
on fear- a fear you may have experienced when you took your first breath.
"Two emotions have a great impact on your life", Rose explains
"There is love and there is fear. By doing simple breathing exercises
you will be able to breathe through your fear and negative emotions and
experience a greater health."
De-Stress with 10 Breaths
A simple breathing exercise can help ease away tension. Rose Windels,
a breathwork rebirther based in Belgium says" A few deep breaths
will make you a happier and healthier person. "Try these steps at
home:
Sit or lie comfortably
Breathe deeply through the nose as high in the lungs as possible.
With each breath clear your mind. If thoughts rage at you, do not dwell
on them, simply agnolage them and let the pass.Simply make a strong connection
with your breath and do nothing else.
Make sure you fill your lungs entirely
Repeat that 10 tot 20 times.
You might feel slightly dizzy afterwards, so stay seated. Do this as manuy
times a day until you feel you have a clarity of mind and feeling.
WHAT IS A REBIRTING SESSION?
During the session the facilitator or rebirther will help you to concentrate
on your breath for a longer period of time. You will be asked to lie down.
The first few minutes you will focus on relaxing, followed by deeper and
deeper breathing.
"Eventually, says Rose,"you'll experience connected breathing,
meaning no pause between the inhalation and exhalation. As you breathe
deeper, you will begin to feel tingling sensations or slight unease in
certain areas. This unease usually occurs there where there is resistance
or energy blockages or trauma's in the cell structure. A session usually
lasts an hour to 90 minutes.
The best way to know what rebirthing is is to try a session. You will
never know the taste of an orange untill you bite in it.

Doing
a few breathing exercises every day will encourage you to relax and let
go of your problems. You'll feel more assertive, more in love, you'll
concentrate better and even sleep better.
