to the Company Valuing the learning process like the individual's constant evolution, the school and the company are -because of the space, time and energy that we dedicate to them- the organizations where we learn and we conjugate the verb Being. After the sixth year of age we support again and reinforce the proper system of beliefs with the system of the community, from its smaller unit: the family, until the most complex one, like a company or a country. It is with this exchange of ideas, that is to say, of thoughts and beliefs, with which Rebirthers meet when we exercise our profession like Consultants of companies. Since most of our time, space and energy are involved in the labor area, it is the responsibility of the companies and institutions to create the good conditions, with external specialists, to have their workers transcend the emotional barrier, having a tendency to stick together their individual vision-mission with the organizational vision-mission. Then, all members of a company will feel and live as them being an integral part of the success, achieving this way an immediate improvement in the organizational results. This way the organization completes two of its biggest purposes: Profitability and Education Revolution
of personal development in the managerial world Lack of a holistic focus, losing the global perspective, and having a strong temptation in a accelerated atmosphere urged to survive, explains not only why so many companies failed in their intents of improvement, but why so many models of intervention never end up being successful. Organizations are as holistic as human beings. That means, as well as we are conformed by the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions, companies are also integrated by different dimensions: people, processes and systems, structure, strategy and reward, which are constantly intercommunicating. Whatever happens in one dimension influences in the other one, be to impel it or to brake it. My experience as a holistic organizational consultant and the results obtained through the history of External Consultancy, have driven us to conclude that an organization can achieve good results (an integral reward) when its people reach their maximum potential, as much as personal as professional. A human being is the connection between Heaven and earth, therefore he has so much of one as of other linked by an essence full of wisdom, qualities and gifts that make that connection possible. What holism distinguishes from the human being is the balance between his three parts: the “Celestial” (in our Dreams and Vision of the Future), the “Essential” (in our Mission and Purpose of Life) and the “Earthly” (in our Objectives and Plans of Action). Our non-resolved emotional matters alter this balance and they limit us in our expression and in the achievement of our objectives. Conscious and connected breathing, from the individual area to the managerial one: Rebirthing-Breathwork is a holistic healing process from the inside towards outside because it involves the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic dimensions. This process is achieved through the most natural functions of the human being: Breathing, Thinking and Acting. Why breathing and its connection with thinking and acting? Breathing is life, any negative thought that we retain, any emotion that we block, inhibits breathing, which means that the flowing connection is interrupted in our energy nutrition. Many negative thoughts are related with our first breathing outside of the maternal uterus, that means, with the fear of breathing. We associate it with hopeless changes, fight and pain. Through conscious connected breathing we mobilize energy and this enables us to breath as much energy as air, obtaining an organic benefit and the power of achieving access to our cellular memory. Then we realize that the fear to suffer is worse than the suffering itself. It is fear that paralyzes the genius that we all have, it halts our dreams and limits our actions. In the managerial area, the same process happens, because the company is composed by people: people who breathe, think and act. They have created processes and systems, they work in a structure and they have an strategy for their achievements. If trust (faith in the alliance) is injured within this human group the result will also be, that means, it will limit the recompense. As concepts and the revolutionary practices of the creative thought, and of conscious connected breathing and acting interweave with the global energy, people begin to learn how to live instead of surviving their dependencies, resentments, blames and non satisfied demands. This is immediately translated into an increase of productivity, effectiveness and well-being. The trilogy of healing and expansion: Rebirthing is a natural and holistic process that uses for its development three fundamental pillars of the human being: breathing, thinking and acting. They support the individual to understand and to accept that he has within himself all the resources that he needs to develop his creativity and holistic potential. Essentially, breathing is an available, simple, natural and powerful resource that works as a catalyser to open our internal state of Being. Thinking is also a powerful natural resource that could retake us to a genuine and deep simplicity. These resources plus the action sustained by qualities and the being's gifts, constitute the alliances in time of crisis and in time of creativity. The use of these three internal elements (breathing, thinking and acting) plus their development, acceptance and internal and external expression, make Rebirthing a very valuable and successful healing and expanding methodology on an individual and group level. How do we do it in Edward & Associates? We go to the root of the problems, fomenting a management that knows how to value the integrity, the intuition and the creativity, as well as to optimize the results, the benefits and the competitiveness. Such a process denominates it socially conciliatory administration. On what does it consist the socially conciliatory Managment?
A Rebirther is a facilitator. That means, he tries that the natural processes be conscious, that which, without any doubt, is a good way to save energy. In fact, besides being ecological, working with Conscious Connected Breathing is economically sustainable for individuals and the organizations. So, the action field for rebirthers is current and expansible with countless possibilities at the professional practice. To become aware, accept and conscious working in holism take the organization to be complete in all the senses. It reaches a bigger degree of effectiveness and efficiency, independently of its size and orientation. I am attaching three
