Kriszta Veres is a Priestess of Avalon living in Budapest, Hungary. She has been trained in Glastonbury, UK with Kathy Jones. Kriszta is following the footsteps of the Goddess-loving people of Old Europe and is the founder of the Budapest Goddess Temple, founder and teacher of the Priestess of Danu Training in Budapest.
She has organized several Goddess Festivals and Goddess-Celebrating Events in Budapest. She is a writer, regularly publishing in esoteric magazines in Hungary, she is the creator of the GladWoman Oracle Cards, a ceremonialist and a healer with the Singing Crystal Bowls.

perspective, reveal the energetic pattern behind the difficult situation.

and the gift of the challenging situation, and this way we find clarity,
direction, healing and peace.

Everything
that moves vibrates, from the smallest molecule to the Universe itself.
As long as it is vibrating, it is making some kind of sound, as long as
it is making sound you can dance with it. We may not perceive the sound,
as it may be below or above the threshold of our hearing, but our body
feels it.
Early creation myths talk abot the world being born from dance. Singing
and dancing are the most ancient ways to connect with the Divine.
Everything is energy, everything is vibration, everything dances. The
Universe is this huge Dancing floor, and it is our choice weather to move
with that Dance, with the flow of Life Force.

To follow the Dance, to live in the Dance means to move with the flow of energy, with the breath of the Universe, with the Light of the Source. To follow your Dance means to live according to your Soul. Right here! Right now!
When your Soul is in charge your life becomes a love-story, full of joy, harmony and happiness. Your Soul can only be present when your body and spirit become one. So the first step of the Dance is to be fully in your body, to be grounded in your body and in this life. During the work-shop first we will ground ourselves with simple and powerful dancing techniques.
Your body is your bible, it cannot lie, the whole story of your life is written in your body. So our second step is to dance through the diary of your body and to cleanse your body (physical and light bodies) of old energetic patterns with the help of movement.
Once you surrender to your body, your body becomes alive and free. In the third part of the work-shop we will dance through the elements (water, fire, earth, air) and with this dance you will learn to let your body move freely, so that it can express itself in the dance.
Once your body surrenders
to movement, your Soul remembers its Dance. In the last part of
the work-shop we will dance in the Soul-Energy, and travel with the dream
of the Heart. Our last dance is a creation-meditation, in which we will
dance our dream into reality.
