Summer Solstice Healing CelebrationThis event is a continuation of the previous annual Summer Solstice Healing festivals.
This year it will be on the 16-17th June 2012 at the Smiggies Picnic site -
Neo Chorio , Akamas.The aim of the event is to bring together spiritual people, light workers, energy healers, shamans, mystics, masters, teachers, life coaches...and lift the energy and vibration of the area and further.
The event is open to all soul searchers and anyone who is contributing to the advancement of mankind is welcome.
The focus of the event of the event this year is spiritual world unity and connection: One Sun - One Soul - One World
Reasons for change of location this year:
1. i have been given official permission to host the event there at the picnic site from the local authorities.
2. There are clean toilets
3. tables and benches
4. running water
5. area for kids with small park
6. lots of shade...
7. only 4 km from baths of afrodite and / or polis camp site.
Regarding camping...CAMPING is PROHIBITED on the Picnic site... I had a meeting with the head of the Forestry Department again Friday 8th June...and he re-emphasized the camping issue... if you need to camp...please use the Polis Camp site or call me on 99553043 and i can make other arrangements for you...
My Vision of the event for this year is guided by these principles:1. this is OUR event and everyone is open to offer their contribution in their own way , i will just act as a guide and co-ordinator
2. there is no money involved in this event
3. younger people must get more involved in giving lectures and sharing their experiences so we can learn from them, since we are all students and teachers simultaneously
4. each person brings an ethnic dish of their favourite vegetarian/vegan national food and we all have a picnic together for lunch on the saturday. Thus crossing the boundaries of nationality on the most basic level...~ Andros Angeli

If you want to come, YOU ARE WELCOME. Activities are free. You pay only the campsite if you stay the night (see below for the fees, for other forms of accommodation and map of the camping).
Summer Solstice Healing Celebration
Accommodation Accommodation is at everyone’s discretion. If you don’t fancy camping, (payable by everyone directly to the camping office) hotels are available in the area and you can make your own reservations.
The Camping’s fees are £3.42 per tent per day plus £2.56 per day per person.

Tents are available at Orphanides & SuperHome for a very reasonable price.

Meals
Food is also at everyone’s discretion.The camping has a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
There are other restaurants in Polis and Pomos if you wish, or you can bring your own food.
What to bring
A Yoga mat or similar, drinking water to carry, an electric torch.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the camping although last time we saw some.
Cigarettes
Smoking is really not encouraged as the smoke full of chemicals spread and pollutes everyone’s lungs.
So please, if you smoke, be sensitive enough to withdraw yourself far away.
