Opening Healing Sound Meditation
A Healing-humming circle where participants are encouraged to produce sounds, with their breath, that will release some energy blocks. By freeing our energy blocks we participate at the global liberation of the collective soul.
Let's chant and free the karmic load!
05:30 to 07:00 - Kundalini Yoga & Meditations with Siri Shabd Singh, Instructor
New participants need to be present at 5:15 precisely for the introduction to the techniques used in Kundalini Yoga.
This is not a class but a group practice.
08:00 to 09:30 - Hatha Yoga Class with Marilena, Instructor
Asanas and relaxation
A class to start the day in harmony with oneself, the others and the Universe we are part of.

Sound Healing Deep Meditation with HeleniQ Argyrou
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to begin experiencing the healing and transformational benefits of pure sound. Together we will :
- Learn to harness the meditative skill of inner stillness
- Experience the power of the inner sound within our minds and bodies
- Learn to create harmonic sounds that resonate pure frequency to our entire being
- Connect our sound with each other to create a new state of deep relationship the universal harmony.
11:30 to 12:30 Qi Qong Class with Denise, instructor
Qi Qong is a practice used to increase and circulate energy and is used to heal ones body. The same energy is used by the practitioner to heal others.
12:30 to 13:30 - Holistic Pulsing with Angela Egwim
HP is a gentle body-oriented relaxation technique. The memory of every cell is activated through rocking and vibrating movements in the rhythm of the foetal heart beat. One has to feel it to understand the "gentle miracles" that happen during a session.
14:00 to 17:30 - "Creating the world We Want" with Marilena, HeleniQ, Siri Shabd Singh, etc…
Preparing for post 2012Are we helpless creatures in the hands of controlling masters or are we co-creators of the world we live in, carrying responsibility for it?
This workshop will work at heighten our energy field and creative skills to work toward the world we want.
What comes next, what future for the next generations is also our responsibility.

Accommodation
Accommodation is at everyone’s discretion. If you don’t fancy camping, (payable by everyone directly to the camping office) hotels are available in the area and you can make your own reservations.
The Camping’s fees are £2 per tent per day plus £1.50 per day per person.
The camping has FEW tents to rent. Contact them if you need to secure one.

Meals
Food is also at everyone’s discretion.The camping has a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
There are other restaurants in Polis and Pomos if you wish, or you can bring your own food.
What to bring
A Yoga mat or similar, drinking water to carry, an electric torch.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the camping although last time we saw some.
Cigarettes
Smoking is really not encouraged as the smoke full of chemicals spread and pollutes everyone’s lungs.
So please, if you smoke, be sensitive enough to withdraw yourself far away.
